Surgical treatment for liver cancer

  The surgical treatment of primary liver cancer has developed rapidly in recent years, with surgery as the main method, supplemented by interventional therapy, local treatment of liver cancer such as radiofrequency, freezing, microwave, local lesion ethanol injection, and integrated treatment such as chemotherapy, biotherapy and immunotherapy. The progress of comprehensive treatment for liver cancer has opened up new horizons for the treatment of liver cancer, making the diagnosis and treatment of the disease more standardized and scientific, and improving the diagnosis rate, success rate of surgery and cure rate of primary liver cancer. Surgical treatment occupies the most important position, but the mode and focus of surgical treatment for liver cancer will change, and its role may also be given new vitality by the advancement of other therapies, especially local treatment and biological treatment.
