If frontal sinusitis is considered, the patient mainly presents with morning headache, while nausea and vomiting can occur, and CT examination of the paranasal sinuses can clarify the diagnosis. The main treatment is anti-inflammatory therapy, commonly used drugs include cefadroxil, cefoperazone (sulbactam) and ceftriaxone sodium, also can be added with tinidazole or metronidazole intravenous drip. If the patient is considered chronic, puncture irrigation therapy may also be given. In cases where the patient has a severe headache, symptomatic analgesic treatment may be given at the same time. Commonly used drugs include acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and indomethacin. If the patient is considered to have tension headache, most of them are caused by mental tension and stress, so the patient should mainly relax, reduce stress, and participate in some activities appropriately.
