Abstract: Portal vein reconstruction technique is one of the necessary techniques for complex hepatectomy, and combined with precise anatomical hepatectomy can enable the treatment of complex hepatobiliary tumors to achieve residual-free margins, thus effectively improving patient survival time and quality of life. This technique requires great familiarity with hepatic entry vascular anatomy and biliary tract anatomy, as well as preoperative imaging assessment data to develop a surgical plan and rational use of intraoperative ultrasound localization, cryo-resuscitation vascular techniques, and angioplasty to achieve optimal treatment results.
