The deep-seated causes of emotional outbursts

Why do we inexplicably and suddenly get angry and rage in our daily lives? Even hysteria. Especially intimate relationships between partners, parents and children, siblings, girlfriends, buddies, and sometimes strangers can suddenly escalate friction and emotional outbursts. When we calm down, we will feel that it should not have happened, feel guilty inside, but also feel that they were inexplicable, people often say “nameless fire”, the medical term for anxiety outbreak. Medical psychology research shows that this is the accumulation of human’s primitive fear and insecurity over the years and generations, and is also what Buddhists call karma, which is genetically inherited, and is superimposed on the trauma of psychological events that exceed the mental capacity of the individual at an early age, forming the so-called “body of suffering”, which is wrapped in civilized society This body of suffering, wrapped up in civilized society, is pressurized and will burst out at the slightest guidance and stimulation, and will erupt. This leads to explosive emotional outbursts. If it is not regulated in the long run, it will intensify from generation to generation, affecting family harmony, personal development, and even social stability and unity. Through 12 years of professional training and practice, I have learned mature theoretical methods at home and abroad, and combined them with my life and personal reality to summarize some effective ways and means to smooth out deep-seated emotions, liberate the suffering body, increase psychological energy, and mobilize positive emotions.
