If there are abnormal symptoms such as increased heart rate, shortness of breath, heavy sweating, etc. If the above symptoms appear, prompt treatment is needed; 2. The amount and color of drainage fluid: the amount of drainage fluid is generally around 200-300ml, but it varies from person to person. If the lower end of the common bile duct is open and bile enters the intestine along with the lower end of the common bile duct, the drainage fluid will be less. If the obstruction is severe, or even combined with watery bile, the amount of drainage fluid may increase accordingly. If you cannot judge by yourself, you should consult your doctor. The color of the drainage fluid should also be noted. If the drainage fluid is combined with infection, it will appear purulent or pus and blood-like cloudy fluid, and should be treated with anti-infection in time. Sometimes the drainage fluid will be combined with a small amount of bloody fluid, need to pay attention to whether there is internal bleeding; 3, observe whether there is detachment: should always observe whether the drainage tube has signs of dislodgement, the location of any changes. If the drainage tube has been dislodged and poorly fixed and not detected early enough to deal with it, it may need to be re-tubed. Normally, the drainage bag and drainage tube should be placed in a safe position to avoid accidental dislodgement due to inattention in walking and sleeping; 4. Incisional condition of the drainage tube: pay attention to whether the incision is red, swollen, flowing pus, bile and other conditions. If there are signs of infection, it is necessary to deal with it in time and actively anti-infection treatment; 5, daily care: the diet is mainly light, can be appropriate intake of low-fat, high-protein diet, avoid spicy, stimulating food, so that the incision heals and recovers as soon as possible.
