Staphylococcus aureus food poisoning, Aspergillus food poisoning. 2, intestinal infections: viral enteritis. Acute bacterial dysentery. Intestinal tuberculosis. 3.Intestinal parasitic diseases: chronic amoebic dysentery. Intestinal flagellosis, intestinal helminthiasis. Second, non-infectious common diarrhea: 1, digestive system diseases: (1) inflammatory bowel disease: Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis (2) other causes of enteritis: eosinophilic gastroenteritis, radiation enteritis. (3) Intestinal tumors: colon cancer, intestinal lymphoma (4) Other: small intestine malabsorption syndrome, chronic diarrhea of gastric origin, chronic diarrhea of pancreatic origin, chronic diarrhea of liver and biliary tract diseases, irritable bowel syndrome. 2, systemic diseases: (1) diabetic enteropathy. (2) Hyperthyroidism. (3) Hypoparathyroidism. (4) carcinoid syndrome As can be seen, diarrhea involves many kinds of diseases, is a group of multi-pathogenic, multi-factor-caused diseases, some have a certain degree of contagiousness, as one of the three types of infectious diseases with the most incidence in China, and has long endangered human health. Every summer and autumn is the peak season of diarrhea incidence in China, especially in recent years by the attack of tropical storms, rainfall increased significantly, the weather is hot and humid, conducive to the breeding of various bacteria, diarrhea patients is a sharp increase. Many people think of bacterial infections when they have diarrhea and immediately start taking various antibiotics as a smart move. In fact, fall diarrhea is mostly caused by rotavirus, so antibiotics are not only wrong, but also harmful. A serious examination should be conducted, and only when the cause is identified can the correct treatment be obtained. On the contrary, giving only symptomatic treatment for diarrhea is often less effective and can even delay the condition and lose the best time for treatment.
