The president or chairman of these I-level societies or associations is generally an academician or a famous expert in this field in the national health system, a national medical leader; the director (standing committee) is generally a famous expert at least at the level of dean; the members are generally famous experts or authorities in this field in each province and municipality, the number of members is limited, there may be only 1-2 members in each province and municipality directly under the Central Government, and the youth members are likewise provincial and municipal members. Young members are also the very outstanding young experts with significant scientific achievements in this field from each province and municipality, generally there are only 1-2 places in each province and municipality.  Level II societies or associations: Generally, they are subordinate organizations of Level I societies or associations, and can be professional branches of Level II societies, such as the Neurology Committee of the Chinese Society of Integrative Medicine, which is a national society, with national experts as the main committee, vice main committee, and standing committee, and most of the main committee members are academicians, with very few targets for national members. The other II level society is the II level society of the I level society established in each province, city and autonomous region, such as the Shanghai Medical Association (II level society of the Chinese Medical Association), the Shanghai Medical Association (II level society of the Chinese Medical Association), the Shanghai Society of Integrative Medicine (II level society of the Chinese Society of Integrative Medicine), the Zhejiang Medical Association, the Shanghai Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and so on. Most of the presidents or chairmen of these societies are also academicians or renowned experts in this field equivalent to the level of university presidents, vice presidents, health bureau directors, hospital directors, and vice presidents or vice chairmen are generally renowned experts at the level of deans or directors of national key specialties.  Level III societies or associations: they are composed of the real famous experts working in the front line of hospitals under the level II societies or associations, such as the Neuroendocrine Committee of the Shanghai Society of Integrative Medicine (affiliated with the Shanghai Society of Integrative Medicine), the Shanghai Neuroimmunology Society (affiliated with the Shanghai Immunology Society), the Neurology Committee of the Shanghai Medical Association (affiliated with the Shanghai Medical Association), the Shanghai Physicians Association The president (chairman) or vice president (vice-chairman) of this society or association is a national or provincial expert in this field, a leader in clinical and scientific research in this field, and the standing committee of this III association or society is generally the head of the department of each large general hospital, with considerable academic attainment; and the members of the III society The members of the III Society are generally the academic leaders and heads of departments of general hospitals, and each hospital has a quota and a strict audit.
