What are the clinical manifestations of gout?

  The source of gout is hyperuricemia, so gout is divided into two categories: primary gout is caused by congenital disorders of purine metabolism: it is hereditary. Secondary gout is mainly caused by disease, drug abuse, etc., mostly men and menopausal women, male to female, male to female ratio of 20:1, because the pain is like the wind, come and go in a hurry, so it is called gout, its clinical characteristics are: 1, hyperuricemia; 2, gouty acute arthritis recurrent; 3, gouty stone formation and deposition of gouty stone diffuse arthritis; 4, joint deformity, etc..  It is often accompanied by fever, severe pain, deformity, stiffness, joint obstruction, gout stone production involving the kidneys causing chronic interstitial nephritis and uric acid stone formation.
