Patient’s basic condition: Female, 22 years old, a senior student, found thyroid nodules for 2 years. She has been taking oral eugenol treatment because she was concerned that the scar left on her neck after surgery would affect her future work and finding a date. The nodules were only visible when swallowing, but now they are clearly visible. Treatment history: Ultrasonography found a mixed nodule in the left thyroid area, size about 43mm*39mm*26mm, volume about 22.8ml. after I explained to the patient the process of ablation and the change process of the nodule after ablation, she decisively chose ablation.
