Can early cirrhosis be cured?

  Patients with early cirrhosis can generally be cured if they can cooperate with treatment in a timely manner.  Early cirrhosis usually has no specific clinical manifestations, and if it can be detected early and treated actively at an early stage, liver fibrosis can be reversed and even cured completely. The new international view now is that early cirrhosis can be cured, and there is still a possibility of reversal in mid- and even late-stage cirrhosis. Cirrhosis mainly comes from long-term chronic liver damage, early cirrhosis, i.e. compensated cirrhosis, if detected in time, it is recommended to actively treat the underlying disease, such as hepatitis B and C related cirrhosis, actively treating antiviral; alcoholic cirrhosis should quit drinking; fatty liver cirrhosis, need to regulate the diet. At the same time for cirrhosis actively use anti-fibrotic drugs, most early cirrhosis can be well controlled, and can even reach the purpose of curing the disease.  Patients with early cirrhosis need to drink more water, pay attention to a light diet, prohibit spicy and stimulating food, and at the same time need to follow medical advice on medication and regular visits to the liver disease department of the hospital.
