Clinical classification of brain atrophy

  1.Degenerative cerebral atrophy: the brain, cerebellum and brainstem show different degrees of atrophy and degeneration, and gradually appear: brain hypofunction, neurological dysfunction and dementia.  2, cerebellar atrophy with cerebellar pathological changes: the main performance of ataxia.  3, hereditary cerebral atrophy: divided into autosomal dominant and recessive inheritance, clinical typing: spinal cord type, spinal cerebellar type, cerebellar type.  4, limited cerebral atrophy: limited cerebral atrophy due to degeneration of brain tissue caused by local brain tissue lesions, or local brain softening caused by surgery or trauma.  5, cerebral atrophy with cortical atrophy as the main pathological change: clinical manifestations of motor dysfunction, cognitive impairment.
