How long does it take for a mild fatty liver to disappear after running?

Usually, mild fatty liver can be well controlled in about 3-6 months if running exercises are performed after improving lifestyle habits. Most of the fatty liver is caused by long-term overeating, high-fat and high-calorie diet along with lack of physical exercise, or fatty liver occurs due to heavy alcohol consumption. Within a period of 3-6 months, after regular running and other forms of exercise, coupled with the addition of reasonable lifestyle habits, fatty liver can mostly improve. Mild to moderate fatty liver is caused by overnutrition and does not have a pathological basis of liver cell damage and has not led to serious changes in liver function, so it can be reversibly recovered through diet control and appropriate exercise, a process that generally takes 3-6 months. Patients with mild fatty liver need to control their diet with a light diet and exercise, and pay attention to the regular review of abdominal ultrasound to observe the fatty deposits in the liver.
