Headache is one of the most common clinical symptoms and complaints, and everyone is likely to experience a headache in their lifetime, with 9% of adults worldwide seeking medical attention for headache each year. There are many different types of headaches, each with different characteristics. Some types of headaches even “hide” a life-threatening crisis, while most headaches, such as migraine and tension headache, are benign headaches that are not fatal but seriously affect people’s quality of life. What are the characteristics and treatment principles of various primary headaches? Why do painkillers cause headaches? How can headache sufferers manage their headaches? This course will answer these and other such questions.
