Closed soft tissue injuries include the following: i. Closed muscle and tendon injuries: the patient will have local swelling, pain, and limited movement of adjacent joints. Second, closed visceral injury: such as liver injury, spleen injury, pancreatic injury, etc. Patients will have severe abdominal pain, abdominal distension, and can even form a plate-like abdomen. Ultrasound and CT scan examination is needed to confirm whether there is serious bleeding. Third, closed cranio-cerebral injury: such as direct impact on the head, which can lead to edema of intracranial brain tissue, or contusion, thus causing headache, nausea, vomiting, and even impaired consciousness.
