One minute initial test for osteoporosis

A relatively simple initial self-test for osteoporosis. Have your parents ever had a hip fracture from a minor bump or fall? Have you ever injured your bones from a minor collision or fall? Do you regularly take hormonal drugs such as prednisone for more than 3 months in a row? Have you lost 3 cm of height? Do you regularly drink alcohol excessively? Do you smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day? Do you often have dysentery and diarrhea due to celiac disease or enteritis? Women’s answer: Did you go through menopause before the age of 45? Answer for women: Have you ever had no menstruation for more than 12 months in a row (except during pregnancy)? Men answer: Do you have symptoms of impotence or lack of libido? If you answered “yes” to some or all of these questions, you are at risk of developing osteoporosis. However, a bone density test by a medical professional is required to determine whether you have osteoporosis.
