How do you get gallbladder cancer?

Gallbladder cancer is the most common malignant lesion in the biliary tract, 90% of the patients are over 50 years old with an average age of 59.6 years, and the incidence of women is about 3-4 times that of men. This indicates that the occurrence of gallbladder cancer is the result of the combination of long-term physical stimulation of gallbladder stones, chronic inflammation of mucous membrane, and carcinogenic substances in the products of infected bacteria. In addition, other possible carcinogenic factors include: gallbladder jejunostomy many years ago, completely calcified “porcelain” gallbladder, gallbladder adenoma, abnormal biliopancreatic duct union, ulcerative colitis, etc.
