Never eating breakfast can lead to gallbladder cancer?

Bile helps digestion, it comes from the liver but is held in the gallbladder. To use an analogy, the liver is the main tap water company and the gallbladder is the reservoir. The liver makes bile for us every day, and when we don’t eat, the bile is stored in the gallbladder, which concentrates 90% of the thin bile; when we eat, the gallbladder discharges the concentrated bile into the small intestine to help us digest the fat (oil) nutrients in our food. Without breakfast, that concentrated bile in the gallbladder will not be drained. When people fast in the morning, the bile in the gallbladder is stored overnight for about 12 hours, making the cholesterol in the bile more saturated. If you do not eat breakfast, due to the long fasting time, the bile in the gallbladder is stored for too long, resulting in supersaturation of cholesterol in the bile, which in turn causes cholesterol deposits and gradually forms stones. With stones in the gallbladder, moving around will stimulate the inner wall of the gallbladder. Once the stones block the gallbladder duct, it will also cause bile stagnation, gallbladder enlargement, gallbladder blood vessel pressure, causing gallbladder ischemia, resistance to decline, if bacteria take advantage of the opportunity to “make waves”, bacterial infection, then it will lead to cholecystitis. Gallbladder cancer is closely related to gallstones and cholecystitis, and the trend is increasing day by day. Some data show that more than 90% of gallbladder cancer patients are accompanied by gallbladder stones, and what is more worrying is that in recent years, the incidence of gallstones and gallbladder cancer both continue to rise in China. Gallbladder cancer is not an easy disease to deal with, it is characterized by high malignancy, early metastasis and rapid progress, etc. Due to its close proximity to the liver, it is easy to spread.
