Gallbladder cancer is divided into primary gallbladder cancer and secondary gallbladder cancer, and the latter only accounts for a very small part. Symptoms: 1. Abdominal pain is the main symptom, accounting for about 76%. Most of them have previous history of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. Pain and pressure pain in the biliary area, and pain changing from intermittent to persistent are its typical changes. 2, dyspepsia can be seen as abdominal distension, belching, nausea, aversion to oil and other symptoms. 3, wasting appears later, but is its common symptom, accounting for about 39%. 4.The liver is enlarged, and a hard, non-pressure swelling can be palpated under the right quarter rib. 5, jaundice, late progressive jaundice due to metastasis of the common bile duct or hepatic hilar lymph nodes, the appearance of jaundice is mostly a signal of danger, about 85% of patients have lost the time for surgery. 6, ascites ascites is an advanced sign, suggesting peritoneal metastasis or portal vein obstruction. Complications: 1. Acute cholecystitis: secondary infection caused by obstruction of the gallbladder duct by cancer. 2.Obstructive jaundice: about 50% of patients with cancer invading the common bile duct can cause obstructive jaundice.
