What is the experience of ankylosing spondylitis treatment?

  Ankylosing spondylitis in Chinese medicine belongs to the category of “bone paralysis”, “Su Wen paralysis theory” in the cloud: “bone paralysis has not been, repeatedly felt in the evil, within the kidney.” There is also “kidney paralysis, good swelling, the tailbone to replace the heel, the spine to replace the head.” In addition to the principles of Chinese medicine, the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis should also be considered in conjunction with the clinical and X-ray staging of ankylosing spondylitis in order to achieve the purpose of overall treatment. Identification: evidence of deficiency of liver and kidney. How to use: Andrographis paniculata 15g, Gunnisonia sinensis 10g, Bulbus Fritillariae 15g, Curcuma zedoariae 10g, Orange leaf 10g, Yujin 10g, Yuanhu 15g, Qing Chen Pi 10g each, Qingfeng vine 20g, Chuanjian 15g, Eucommia tulipifolia 10g, Sangxiangsheng 15g, Chaihu 10g, Leucodendron 10g, Papaya 15g. 14 doses.  Second Diagnosis: After the medicine, I felt that the discomfort in the left hip and knee joint was reduced, due to busy work, I stopped taking the medicine for more than a month. The tongue is light red, with thin yellow tongue coating and sunken pulse. Add 15g of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, 15g of Dog Root, 10g of Bonesetter and 30g of Pueraria Mirifica. 7 doses.  Third diagnosis: Stiffness and pain in the lumbosacral region is obvious, neck discomfort disappears, sore throat. Fear of wind and cold, red tongue, thin yellow fur, thin string pulse. Prescription: White Mustard Seed 6g, Semen Nelumbo 10g, Bulbus Fritillariae 15g, Fructus Aromaticus 10g, Cortex Eucommiae 10g, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum 15g, Fructus Green Fungus 20g, Herba Epimedium 10g, Fructus Yuanhu 15g, Fructus Papaya 15g, Fructus Chrysanthemi 30g, Fructus Xu Changqing 15g, Fructus Punctatae 20g, Fructus Lingxian 30g, Fructus Dioscorea Z 10g, Fructus Zhi Mu 15g, Fructus LuLu Tong 10g, Fructus Yuan Shen 15g. 7 doses.  Fifth diagnosis: Pain and discomfort in the back and chest in the past week, obvious in the morning, with red tongue, yellowish greasy coating and thin string pulse. Prescription: Sandalwood 10g, Yuan Hu 10g, Tai Wu 10g, Chai Hu 10g, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum 20g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 15g, Radix Rehmanniae 10g, Gunnera 10g, Epimedium 10g, Dog’s Backbone 10g, Pierced Mountain Dragon 20g, Semen Nobilis 10g, White Mustard Seed 6g, Dioscorea Z 10g. 7 doses. At the same time, take strong Tianma Duzhong capsule, 2 capsules each time, 2 times a day.  Sixth Diagnosis: Stiffness in the lumbosacral region was relieved after the medicine, with pain in both sacroiliac joints when standing, and pain in the back and anterior chest. The tongue is dark red, the coating is thin and yellowish, and the pulse is thin. Add 3 Centipedes, 15g Qing Feng Vine and 20g Xu Changqing to the previous prescription; reduce Sandalwood. 7 doses.  Seventh Diagnosis: Stable condition after medication, pain in the lumbosacral region is significantly reduced, dry mouth, with occasional drowsiness. The tongue is dark red, with thin yellow coating and thin string pulse. Radix Rehmanniae Sinensis 15g, Radix Tylophora 10g, Radix Yuan Hu 10g, Radix Bupleurum 10g, Radix Pollen 15g, Radix Gunneriae Sinensis 10g, Radix Chrysanthemum 30g, Radix Zeleniae Sinensis 10g, Radix Lutong 10g, Radix et Rhizoma Millenium 6g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 30g, Radix Bupleurum 15g, Radix Staphylococcus 10g, Radix et Rhizoma Cornus 15g. 7 doses.  Ankylosing spondylitis is often insidious and has a long course, often causing damage to the patient’s qi, blood, yin and yang, commonly resulting in liver and kidney deficiency, yin deficiency and fire, and prolonged phlegm and stagnation.
