Indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy

  Indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy: 1, various types of symptomatic gallbladder stones.  2.Choledocholithiasis with acute and chronic cholecystitis, pus and fluid accumulation in gallbladder, atrophic cholecystitis, stone cholecystitis during pregnancy, etc.  3, asymptomatic gallbladder stones, if the stones are large (diameter > 3cm) or combined with gallbladder polyps and ceramic gallbladder.  4, Patients with gallbladder stones combined with diabetes mellitus, stage I and II hypertension, early coronary artery disease with asymptomatic gallbladder stones.  5, benign gallbladder augmentation-like lesions, including cholesterol polyps, inflammatory polyps, diameter over 10mm, age over 50 years, solitary lesions, or those with significant symptoms despite a diameter of 10mm.  6, non-stone cholecystitis with dysfunction, such as obvious thickening of the gallbladder wall and poor emptying of the gallbladder.
