Depression, clinically known as depressive disorder, is a disorder in which depressed mood is the main manifestation. According to the degree of depression, there are three kinds of depression: mild depression, moderate depression, and major depression. Patients with mild depression may have typical symptoms such as depressed mood, loss of interest and pleasure, reduced attention, reduced activity, lower energy, etc. They may also have somatic symptoms, mainly in the following aspects: 1. Often accompanied by leg shaking, frequent finger grasping, fidgeting and other manifestations; 5, sleep disorders: patients will have difficulty falling asleep, short deep sleep time and other typical symptoms, which leads to headaches, dizziness, nausea and other discomfort during the day, affecting normal life and work efficiency.
