The sage does not treat the sick to cure the sick acne prevention

  Acne often plagues young, beauty-loving youthful men and women. Many people get acne (“pimples”) when they reach puberty, some lighter, some heavier, and there are many reasons for this, some of which we cannot decide, but some of which we can. Acne treatment is important, but prevention and maintenance treatment is even more critical. What can you do to keep acne away from you? Let’s start with prevention.  First, pay attention to clean skin: Washing your face is the first step to beautiful skin.  Is there anyone who can’t wash their face? It is true, I met many patients wash their faces incorrectly. The correct one is: twice a day, morning and evening, clean with warm water and choose a suitable cleanser. Avoid cleaning with harsh soaps, soaps, or even sulfur soaps, and avoid excessive washing, which will completely wash away the protective oils on the skin, causing too much dryness and great harm to the skin.  Secondly, pay attention to the balance of facial water and oil, unclogging pores.  Having a lot of facial oil is a common problem for men and women with acne. Be sure not to go into the misconception that there is no need for skin care. A lot of oil is not a lot of water. Paying attention to hydration and achieving a water-oil balance can improve skin quality and even reduce oil production. However, avoid using oily or powder cosmetics and simply use water quality care support products. Makeup is not recommended, if makeup should be removed thoroughly before going to bed to make the skin relaxed, unclogged and fully breathing at night.  Avoid touching the pimples with your hands or using your hair and foundation to cover up the rash, especially to overcome the bad habit of squeezing and pressing the pimples with your hands, because the bacteria on your hands and the spoils on your hair can easily infect your skin and aggravate the pimples, while squeezing and pressing can cause permanent depressed scars, leaving lifelong regrets.  Third, pay attention to diet and nutritional balance.  Consciously adjusting the structure of your diet can help to regulate acne. Eat more fresh fruits and fruit juices, fresh vegetables and vegetable juices, no spicy and stimulating foods, and less high-fat and fried foods. Eat less or no high-sugar foods: such as candy, desserts, all kinds of cold drinks, etc. Fast food, snacks and other junk food, easy to cause constipation, love to eat late night is not only bad for the stomach, and will cause constipation, will lead to acne.  Fourth, the combination of work and rest, regular life.  We all know “beauty sleep” “sleep beauty” it. Sleep can be a beauty, more affordable beauty methods, why not go to try. The acne patients I see are told to go to bed early and get up early. If you want to achieve beauty by sleeping, you have to go to bed before 10:00 p.m. to give your skin time to repair itself. Do not dare to be busy and tired, first adhere to a month to see it, there will be unexpected results.  Fifth, appropriate exercise, learn to reduce stress, happy mood, acne away.  Proper exercise can promote metabolism, accelerate blood circulation, prompt the body’s waste out of the body in time, so that the skin in the process of continuous sweating to keep the pores open, the body and skin have a good effect. What’s more: exercise can make you full of vitality and maintain youth. Nowadays, society gives us each a lot of pressure, pay attention to adjusting emotions, unrestrained spirit, and maintain a healthy and optimistic mental state. Do not make yourself chronically nervous, overworked and sleep deprived. Overcome anxiety, depression, irritation, irritability and other negative emotions.  The Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine mentions treating the untreated disease: “The sage does not treat the untreated disease, does not treat the untreated chaos, this is also called. The disease has become and after the medicine, chaos has become and after the treatment, like thirst and wear well, bucket and cast cone, is not also late!” The above five points are my own experience, treatment experience, patient feedback, and knowledge of health science to summarize the methods of acne prevention.
