Depression Self-Rating Scale

The SDS Depression Self-Rating Scale, developed by Zung, one of the scales recommended by the U.S. Department of Education and Health for use in psychopharmacological research, was re-edited and recreated by Psychology Express.
Read each item carefully and choose one of the 4 conditions in relation to your mood in the last week. (0, 1, 2, 3) “0” represents a score of 0, “1” represents a score of 1, “2” represents a score of 2, and “3” represents a score of 3. If two cases of a question are similar, the one with the higher score will be chosen as the answer.
