SDS Depression Self-Rating Scale, developed by Zung, one of the scales recommended by the U.S. Department of Education and Health for psychopharmacological research, was re-edited and recreated by Psychology Express.
Note on filling out the form: There are 20 questions below, please read each one carefully to get the meaning right. After each text, there are four cells indicating.
A: No or very little time (no more than one day in the past week when this occurred);
B: a small amount of time (1-2 days in the past week, there have been such cases)
C: quite a lot of time (3-4 days in the past week)
