With the improvement of quality of life and the popularization of mental health knowledge, psychological counseling has become more and more acceptable to more and more people. So, who needs psychological counseling in daily life? (a) Depression: a persistent low mood, often accompanied by anxiety, somatic discomfort and sleep disorders. (B) Anxiety disorder: refers to a state of persistent tension or episodic panic, not caused by an actual threat, where the degree of tension and panic does not correspond to reality. (iii) phobia: refers to an intense fear or tension of a specific situation, object or person, which necessitates avoidance. (vii) anorexia nervosa: commonly known as “weight loss syndrome”, refers to a female psychological disorder characterized by anorexia, emaciation, amenorrhea, and weakness. Most often seen in adolescents and people who usually love to dress up, and the pursuit of slimness and blind dieting incorrect practices. (H) neurotic vomiting: refers to a disease characterized by repeated postprandial vomiting, but does not affect appetite, weight, often with hysterical character, suggestive, more common in women, often under the effect of obvious psychological factors. (ix) sleep disorders: including difficulty falling asleep, easy to wake up, early awakening, night terrors, sleep talking, night wandering several nightmares, etc. (X) Psychological problems in old age: including loneliness, fear, low self-esteem, paranoia, depression, loss of psychology, etc. in the elderly. (xi) Menopause psychological problems: often called “menopause syndrome”, manifested as menstrual disorders, plant nervous disorders, emotional instability; psychological tension, anxiety, fear, sensitivity, paranoia, etc. (XII) ADHD: A childhood disease characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, learning difficulties, and poor behavior. (xiii) Enuresis: refers to a childhood disorder characterized by recurrent involuntary bedwetting at night over the age of 4 years. (xiv) Psychosexual counseling: including impotence, premature ejaculation, sexual frigidity, transvestism, fetishism, etc. In a word, no matter what kind of person has a psychological disorder, especially in the case of accidents, mental stimulation, psychological trauma, and interpersonal conflicts, he or she should seek timely counseling from a psychologist.
