Behçet’s syndrome, also known as Behçet’s syndrome, oro-ocular-genital triad, etc., is an autoimmune disease caused by a combination of multiple factors. The pathological basis of the disease is aseptic vasculitis, manifested mainly by erythema nodosum of the mouth, eyes, external genitalia, and skin, which is a chronic, progressive, and recurrent multisystemic damage disease. Clinically, patients are mostly seen with recurrent oral ulcers, with an incidence of 99%, in cyclic recurrent episodes lasting 1-2 weeks each. More than 80% of patients have oral ulcers as the first symptom of the disease. The skin lesion rate is about 90%, and the rashes are mostly seen, in the following order: erythema nodosum and folliculitis on both lower extremities, acne-like rash and purulent papules on the face. Genital ulcers occur in about 80% of cases and are found in the scrotum, penis, vulva, vaginal mucosa (severe cases can lead to bleeding ulcers in the vagina), cervix, and perianal area, with significant pain in men. The incidence of ocular disease is about 40%, mostly occurring several years after the appearance of oral ulcers, typically manifesting as bilateral anterior and posterior uveitis, anterior chamber pus accumulation, retinal vasculitis, optic neuritis, etc. In addition, the vast majority of patients have pinpoint reactions. Symptoms of systemic damage include: (1) Gastrointestinal tract: multiple ulcers and abdominal pain occur with vascular involvement of the gastrointestinal tract, mostly in the ileocecal region, and in severe cases, intestinal bleeding, intestinal paralysis, perforation and fistulae. ②Nervous system: Patients will have central involvement, damaging the brain, midbrain, brainstem, and cerebellum. Meningitis, encephalitis, hemiparesis, elevated cranial pressure, spinal cord damage and peripheral neuropathy may occur, and patients will have impaired consciousness, paralysis, unstable movement, and sensory disorders. (iii) Vascular: large, medium and small arteries and phlebitis cause symptoms such as tissue ischemia and venous obstruction. The involvement of large arteries and veins may cause narrowing and occlusion of the lumen of the vessels, forming aneurysms or thrombosis. Pulmonary vascular involvement may cause hemoptysis, shortness of breath, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism and other symptoms. ④Joints: asymmetric large arthritis with red, swollen and hot joints is common, with knee joints being involved more often. In addition, some patients are accompanied by fever, malaise, and myalgia when the disease is active or when there is organ damage. Diagnosis of leukoaraiosis syndrome: On top of oral ulcers, 2 more eye, external genital, and skin lesions are diagnosed as complete, and less than 2 are incomplete. In addition, two more joint, cardiovascular and neurological lesions can be diagnosed as complete, and less than two as incomplete. The description of similar symptoms in Chinese medicine was first described in the book “Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases” by Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty. Later, the “Treatise on Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases” was divided into two parts, namely the “Treatise on Typhoid Fever” and the “Essentials of Jin Kui”. One of them is “The Essentials of the Golden Kui? The book of the lily disease fox confusion yin and yang poison” records: “fox confusion as a disease, like typhoid fever, silent desire to sleep, eyes can not be closed, restlessness, eclipse in the throat for confusion, eclipse in the yin for fox, do not want to eat, evil smell food odor, its face and eyes at first red, at first black, at first white, eclipse in the upper part of the voice, glycyrrhiza diarrhea heart soup is the main. It can be seen that Leuko syndrome belongs to the category of “fox confusion disease”. The etiology of this disease belongs to the endowment of impatience, five will (five will refers to the five emotions of happiness, anger, thought, worry, fear) too extreme, so that the clear yang does not rise, turbid yin does not descend, long-term stagnation into heat and the onset of disease. The pathological process of this disease is that the upper damage affects the lower (that is, the disease in the upper jiao affects the lower jiao). In general, patients with leukoaraiosis syndrome start with mouth ulcers and conjunctivitis of the eyes, and the onset of the disease starts in the upper part of the body, then erodes down to the genital organs and connective tissues of the lower limbs, and then causes serious damage to all organs of the body. The treatment is based on the principle of “cold and heat are mutually exclusive”, and “heat is used to subdue turbidity and eliminate decay and create new growth. The method of clearing the orifices and channels, draining the liver and gallbladder, supporting the spleen and dispersing evil, activating blood to relieve pain, and draining pus and astringing sores can achieve better results. Based on many years of clinical experience, I believe that the pathogenesis of “recurrent oral ulcer” and “Leukocephalus syndrome” is as follows: under the stimulation of the pathogenic trigger, the “brain” of the internal organs of Qiheng will react and the internal organs of Qiheng will respond. ” then reacts and the visceral pattern to cope with the changes. This pattern is projected in a holistic manner to various organs of the viscera throughout the body. Rapid action occurs and a new (abnormal) body state is formed, and when this state further intensifies the stimulation of the brain, a vicious circle is formed. This vicious cycle, with continuous adverse effects throughout the body, leads to pathological changes in the mouth, eyes, genitals, skin, joints, internal organs, etc., resulting in what we call “Leukocerebrosider’s syndrome”. Since the root cause of this pathological change is different from the site of the pathological change seen, treatment methods that target localized lesions are often ineffective. The treatment mechanism should first inhibit the overreaction of the “brain” of the internal organs of Qiheng, and break the vicious circle so that the development of the disease can be controlled. At the same time, the damage to the organs is repaired. Due to the diversity of organ damage, it is more effective to adjust the adjuvant medication at any time based on the identification of evidence. In accordance with this guiding principle, I have developed “Triple Tablets” for the treatment of Leukocephalus syndrome and recurrent oral ulcers, as well as “Zhanmopin Secret Pills” for the treatment of oral leukoplakia, pubic leukoplakia and oral lichen planus, and “Double Flower Lily Tablets” for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers. “The medicine is mainly composed of Huang Lian, Bitter Di Ding, Di Huang, Jin Yin Hua, Temperate Bamboo Leaves, Dried Snake Gall Bladder, Lily and Hsio Hsien, etc., with a strict The main function is to clear heat and fire, detoxify and cool the blood, drain pus and astringent sores. The combination of Huang Lian and Hsiang Hsiang in this formula is a combination of cold and heat, which is a good combination of water and fire, leading the fire back to its source, so that the evil goes away and the body is safe. The fact proves the therapeutic effect of “Triplet” (Double Flower Lily Tablets) and “Spotted Moss”, and the immunotherapy of Qiheng’s internal organs completely overturns the wrong treatment methods of hormones, antibiotics and vitamins. Moreover, it fills the gap of drugs for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers, Leucoderma syndrome, oral leukoplakia and oral lichen planus at home and abroad.
