Which gallbladder diseases cannot be preserved in the gallbladder?

Gallbladder cancer is closely related to gallbladder polyps, gallbladder stones, etc. Whether or not to preserve the gallbladder when suffering from gallbladder disease should be decided according to the condition, and the gallbladder cannot be preserved in the following patients: 1. 2.Gallbladder stones combined with bile duct stones or sediment-like stones. 3.Gallbladder atrophy or “porcelain bottle”-like gallbladder. Cancer is suspected on imaging. 4, adenomyosis of gallbladder, adenomatous polyps of gallbladder, too many polyps of gallbladder that cannot be removed microscopically or thickening of gallbladder wall (porcelain vase-like gallbladder), which cannot exclude gallbladder cancer. 5.The gallbladder has a separation, which divides the gallbladder into two cavities that are connected.
