Generally speaking, the fifth core antibody positive is difficult to turn negative and may be carried for life. Two or five positive means that in hepatitis B five tests, hepatitis B surface antibody and core antibody are positive, if the remaining one or three or four items are negative, it means that they have been infected with hepatitis B virus, but at this stage, the hepatitis B virus has been cleared, that is, the body’s immune system has produced protective hepatitis B antibody. Clinical data show that for some patients who have been cured of hepatitis B, the positivity of five items will persist for several years or decades, while some patients will remain positive after infection, regardless of whether they have been cured or not. Patients with positive hepatitis B 5 are generally free of hepatitis B virus and have already produced protective antibodies in their bodies, so they are not infectious and can work, live and study as normal people do.
