Bleeding after stool in cervical cancer

Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in female gynecology. The most important clinical manifestation of cervical cancer is contact vaginal bleeding. However, if bleeding after stool occurs, one should also be alert to the presence of other intestinal lesions, such as hemorrhoids, intestinal polyps or intestinal tumors, which generally refers to bleeding after stool. If it is bleeding after urination, it may be accompanied by urinary tract infection or urinary system problems such as ureter, bladder and kidney. If the cervical cancer is more advanced and invades the urinary system such as rectum or ureter, it may also cause bleeding in stool or urine. This is related to cervical cancer, while all other cases are problems of the anal or urinary system. The treatment of cervical cancer is also based on surgical treatment. For advanced cervical cancer that cannot be operated, the main treatment is to do radiotherapy and chemotherapy to control the development of the disease.
