The problem of “adolescent crisis” is called by foreign psychologists “puberty” or “adolescent crisis syndrome”, which is characterized by distress, contradictions, intense conflicts and other internal activities. This syndrome is characterized by distress, ambivalence, intense conflicts, and other internal activities, which directly result in psychological disorders such as depression, phobia of people, obsessive-compulsive neurosis, weakness, feeling of inferiority, or suicide. The understanding and counseling of cases of adolescent crisis is the entry point for the study of pathological phenomena in clinical psychology. Children are socialized to learn roles in preparation for future professional life, and the potential influence of parents’ occupations, work attitudes, and work abilities on children is especially pronounced during adolescence. With the emergence of a sense of adulthood in adolescence, the adolescent discovers a new world “self”. Questions such as “Who am I?”, “How am I?”, and “What am I going to do in the future?” are often on their minds. They begin to observe themselves with new eyes and new angles, and have a lot of thoughts about “I”, which leads to a series of confusion and distress. Therefore, during this critical period, children need their parents to give them a good character model, to set an example for their children by their words and deeds so that they can distinguish right from wrong, and gradually form their own values and outlook on life. The confusion and pain of children with family defects require the genuine care and influence of their fathers or mothers. For different individuals, under the influence of the same family, due to the different potential of individuals, their development trajectory is different; but for parents in the family, a correct understanding of the relationship between themselves and their children, give full play to the advantages of family education, to guide adolescents and young people to solve the development of a series of contradictions, to help them to establish themselves, and to complete the transition from childhood to adulthood, on the road to independence, which is a parent can not avoid the problem. This is a problem that every parent cannot avoid. Adolescent children are often worried about whether they are concentrating on their studies, which is often a symptom of the problem, the root cause of which is that children are experiencing a tortuous process of physical and mental growth, rather than a simple attitude to learning and academic performance, so the specific education for learning itself is thin and superficial. If we understand the children from the inner growth dynamics, to discuss the corresponding measures, perhaps we will see a different educational results. Suicide is a malignant social event that has historically attracted significant attention from counselors. When suicide occurs, people generally pay attention to its direct causes (such as family problems, career, economic problems or physical, mental illness, etc.), while counseling workers pay more attention to the formation of the psychological before the occurrence of suicidal behavior, the state of readiness (i.e., suicidal tendency to produce the mechanism). No matter which case of suicide is analyzed, it can be found that before the emergence of suicidal behavior, first of all, the formation of suicidal psychological tendency, and then added to the direct cause of suicide, which ultimately led to the occurrence of malignant events. The psychological characteristics of the suicidal person often have a duality, and behind the desire to die, there is often a strong desire to be rescued. Therefore, psychological assistance and suicide prevention is an important task in mental health education. The full development of the human self is the most basic motivation for survival, and this tendency is the basic driving force behind our behavior. If a person has negative emotions and psychological disturbances, they are the result of the suppression of this tendency, and to eliminate such disturbances, we have to start from the adaptation of the whole person, and should not try to change a certain behavior by treating the symptoms. If our eyes are always focused on the difficulties, frustrations, troubles and pain, then, our mind will be a penetrating negative factors, will be the “black spot” as a large shadow, or even darkness. In fact, this feeling of bad luck is not real, but a kind of negative consciousness and psychological illusion containing serious exaggeration and distortion. This kind of habitual but very ridiculous psychological tendency may be exactly the psychological origin of our mind in the hell of torment, our life to the ultimate failure.
