The following are several antidepressants commonly used at home and abroad. (1) 5-HT reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, fluvoxamine, citalopram, escitalopram, etc.; (2) selective 5-HT and NE reuptake inhibitors (SNPIs) such as venlafaxine, duloxetine; (3) NE and DA reuptake inhibitors (NDRIs) such as bupropion; ( (4) 5-HT2A receptor antagonists and 5-HT reuptake inhibitors (SARIs) such as trazodone, nefazodone; (5) NE and specific 5-HTergic antidepressants (NaSSAs) such as mirtazapine; (6) reversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors (RMAOIs) such as moclobemide; (7) TCAs as classical antidepressants, still retaining the name tricyclic.
