What diseases are seen in Pancytopenia

Pancytopenia is common in aplastic anemia, paroxysmal sleep hemoglobinuria, leukemia and other diseases.
1. Aplastic anemia is often a disease of bone marrow hematopoietic failure caused by different etiologies, which is mainly manifested by the reduction of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets caused by low hematopoietic function of bone marrow, which leads to anemia, bleeding, infection and other symptoms.
2. Paroxysmal sleep hemoglobinuria is a hemolytic disease with red blood cell membrane defect caused by acquired hematopoietic stem cell gene mutation. Clinical manifestations are mainly intravascular hemolytic anemia, mostly accompanied by thrombocytopenia, thrombosis and bone marrow failure.
3. Leukemia is a malignant clonal proliferative disease of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, which leads to massive proliferation and accumulation of leukemia cells in bone marrow and other tissues, which inhibits the normal hematopoietic system, and ultimately causes pancytopenia.
If the above situation occurs, please consult a doctor in time for reasonable and standardized diagnosis and treatment.
