Child Zhu XX, male, 7 months and 7 days old pediatric patient with giant dominant hepatoblastoma of the right liver, was operated on February 10, 2015, with intraoperative bleeding of 100 ml,the operation went well. This was a premature infant with a weight of 5.5 kg at the time of surgery, while the tumor was 14×11 cm and the tumor weight was 1.6 kg. The demands on the surgeon, anesthesiologist and nursing staff were very high. The post-operative recovery was also very smooth.
