What to eat more to get rid of stones

Stones are usually difficult to expel by simply eating any food, and the treatment plan needs to be determined by the size and location of the stone. Stones are mainly found in the gallbladder, bladder and renal pelvis, but also in the ducts of the pancreas and salivary ducts. If painful symptoms occur, oral antispasmodic and analgesic medications can be taken. Biliary stones are generally recommended for timely surgical treatment. If gallbladder infection occurs, active anti-infection treatment is required, and cholecystectomy may be considered when symptoms are severe. If urinary stones are less than 1cm, they can be effectively treated by taking lithotripsy pellets, while stones larger than 1cm can be considered for extracorporeal lithotripsy or minimally invasive surgery. In terms of diet, the main thing is to drink more water, which can effectively help to remove stones, eat more high-fiber food and reduce the intake of high-calcium food; you need to work and rest regularly and do more jumping exercises, etc. If stones appear, it is recommended to make a clear diagnosis and perform medication or surgery as soon as possible, instead of relying on diet alone to remove stones.
