What are the clinical manifestations of common heritage nephritis?

The most common clinical manifestations of heritage nephritis are as follows: (1) Nephritis syndrome with chronic renal failure Hematuria is the most common manifestation of the disease. Almost 100% of patients have hematuria, but most of them are microscopic hematuria that can only be detected under the microscope, so the onset may be very insidious. Hematuria can worsen after strenuous exercise or upper respiratory tract infection, or even pink or teal colored hematuria of the naked eye. However, adults generally rarely have carnal hematuria. Another 70% of patients have urinary protein, and half have nephrotic syndrome, which means there is a lot of protein. Some patients have hypertension, usually nephrogenic hypertension secondary to renal failure. Patients usually start in childhood and gradually progress to uremia. Women progress more slowly than men. Men tend to die of chronic renal failure in their prime, while women can have a normal life expectancy. (2) Deafness 40-60% of patients have deafness, often neurological, which requires electrical audiometry to detect. There is no significant correlation between the severity of deafness and renal pathology. (3) Ocular abnormalities Mainly conical or spherical crystals, white granular deposits around the macula, etc. There are other non-specific abnormalities, such as abnormal visual acuity and cataracts. The epiphenomenon of ocular lesions varies among families. (4) Other manifestations The disease is often combined with other types of abnormalities, such as multiple peripheral neuropathy, myasthenia gravis, thrombocythemia, multiple malformations, seizures, abnormal EEG, etc. These are the clinical manifestations of common hereditary nephritis, there are corresponding patients can be the first to tell me the current stage of the disease or cure on the question, I will be the first to reply to you, to help you, I wish you good health!
