What are the symptoms of a hairy gallbladder

The gallbladder is a very important digestive organ for storing and concentrating bile in the human body. Generally speaking, if a patient’s gallbladder is accompanied by stones or polyp-like lesions, it will cause the occurrence of acute or chronic inflammation of the gallbladder, which will lead to mucosal damage of the gallbladder wall and can be manifested as gross gallbladder wall. What are the clinical symptoms of gallbladder wall roughness in patients? Clinically, according to the different causes of gallbladder wall roughness, often can appear different clinical symptoms, mainly the following: 1, gallbladder stones with acute cholecystitis caused by the gallbladder wall roughness, patients can appear right upper abdominal biliary colic, but there is a right shoulder back radiating pain. At the same time, the patient may have nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. If the gallbladder stone is embedded in the gallbladder duct, this may cause chills, high fever and other symptoms of systemic toxicity. With bile stagnation and bile reflux into the blood, patients may have obvious yellow staining of the skin and sclera, and dark yellow urine, etc. After patients eat greasy, spicy and stimulating food, the above symptoms will be significantly aggravated. 2.If the patient is combined with gallbladder tumor lesions and the gallbladder wall is irritated, the patient may experience weight loss, loss of appetite, lethargy and other symptoms within a short period of time. With the continuous reproduction and spreading of tumor cells in the body, patients may experience intractable pain in the right upper abdomen, and the pain symptoms cannot be completely relieved by using analgesic drugs. Some patients with tumorigenic lesions may also have painless jaundice in combination with gross gallbladder wall, which can cause patients to delay the best time to treat their own disease due to the lack of obvious clinical symptoms.
