The survival time of myeloma stage III is mainly based on various factors such as sensitivity to treatment, nutritional status, mental as well as psychological factors, and cannot be generalized. Myeloma is an abnormal monoclonal malignant disease that occurs in the bone marrow plasma cells and is a serious malignancy. It is usually treated clinically with various forms of treatment such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy, and in case of orthopedic complications, bone surgery is also done, and active multidisciplinary treatment such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy and surgical treatment is used. For stage III myeloma, the natural course of the disease is about 6 months, and with active treatment survival can be extended to 2.5-3 years, but with the application of new drugs or stem cell transplantation treatment, survival can be extended by 5 years or even more than 10 years. Myeloma is a hematologic disease with abnormal proliferation of bone marrow plasma cells. Patients should quit smoking and drinking, refrain from greasy diet, exercise more, prevent from getting cold, and avoid lung infection to prevent respiratory failure. Patients should try to go to less crowded places outside the hospital, wear masks and wash their hands regularly.
