Psychological help for depression

Since 99% of people have a psychological component to their depression, many people come to a psychiatrist with the expectation that the doctor will talk to her/him and help the person emerge from the psychological problem. This is of course a wonderful expectation, but in reality, most depressed people have been troubled for a long time or have been struggling with their depression, and he or she has not solved the problem. How low, in fact most depressed people are quite high IQ, Cui Yongyuan is an obvious example. Therefore, it is closer to reality to take a conventional mindset about one’s depression and the solutions to depression. When seeing a psychotherapist for the first time, being able to talk to the therapist is a good experience, and to look forward to continuing the conversation with the therapist yourself is to have a good start. Being able to take your time with the therapist with the mindset of talking to them like a friend is a more beneficial help to you. I wish everyone who needs psychological help can find a psychotherapist that matches them!
