Do you need to treat menopausal periods that are not clear?

Menopause with persistent menstruation is a kind of abnormal uterine bleeding, which needs to be treated clinically. First, a gynecological examination should be performed to decide whether medication or surgical curettage should be performed according to the cause. Menopause is mainly characterized by menstrual disorders, often with irregular menstrual cycles, long duration of periods, and increased or decreased menstrual flow. Menopause is usually due to the gradual decline of ovarian function, degeneration of hypothalamic-pituitary function, fluctuation or decrease of sex hormones, especially the gradual decrease of estrogen level, and usually medication is taken to improve ovarian function. In addition, women in this age group are prone to the combination of other diseases, such as cervical cancer, endometrial lesions and endometrial cancer, which need to be taken seriously and, if necessary, diagnostic scraping, pathological biopsy and active treatment can be performed. Menopausal women should pay attention to relaxation, maintain a calm state of mind, avoid exertion, ensure sufficient sleep, and have regular gynecological checkups.
