Can you have intercourse with contact bleeding?

It is recommended not to have intercourse after contact bleeding has occurred because women who are able to have contact bleeding generally have problems such as ectopic columnar epithelium and fragile local mucosal tissue, and the mechanical contact brought about by intercourse increases the risk of contact bleeding. Therefore, intercourse is not recommended until the diagnosis is confirmed, nor are actions that may lead to infection and inflammation such as taking a bath or not changing underwear for a long period of time.
