What is the cause of the pain in my left hip bone?

There are many cases of soreness in the left hip bone, even if there is no problem in the hospital examination. If the patient just went to an orthopaedic department for a film and no obvious problems were found on X-ray, it is possible that it is just a minor soft tissue contusion, a cause of ligament or muscle strain, which can usually be observed first and can be properly treated with heat, physiotherapy and massage, and can usually recover on its own. There may also be soreness after excessive exercise on one side, which can usually be recovered in 5~7 days.
