Do I need to go to hospital if I can’t lift my hips after exercising?

If the pain in the hips occurs after prolonged or vigorous exercise and you cannot lift your legs because of weakness, you usually do not need to seek medical attention and you can regain your mobility after a period of rest and the soreness will disappear after a few days. However, if an impact or trauma occurs during exercise and it becomes apparent that there is a deformity of the hip joint here, with flexion of the thigh, internal rotation and shortening of the deformity, then immediate medical attention is required and continued movement of the affected limb should be avoided to avoid aggravating the injury.
