Is it possible to have a sore hip and bone in ectopic pregnancy?

Ectopic pregnancy may have soreness in the crotch bone, and if the patient has had a previous menopause and the blood hCG has been checked and is already elevated, the pain may be due to an ectopic cause. This needs to be treated aggressively and the embryonic tissue removed surgically as soon as possible to avoid life-threatening haemorrhage.
