Signs of depression

Depression can have typical symptoms such as depressed mood, slowed thinking, loss of interest and pleasure, low energy or fatigue, reduced volitional activity, psychomotor retardation or agitation, and other symptoms as follows: 1, reduced ability to concentrate and pay attention; 2, reduced self-evaluation; 3, self-blame, self-guilt and a sense of worthlessness, with three symptoms of hopelessness, helplessness, and uselessness; 4, perception of a bleak future, pessimism 5, self-injury, suicidal ideas or behaviors; 6, sleep disorders such as early awakening; 7, changes in biological properties such as decreased appetite, weight loss, decreased libido, rhythmic changes in depressive mood in the morning and light in the evening, and in severe cases, psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions. The above symptoms are clinically summarized as core symptoms, psychological symptom clusters and somatic symptom clusters. If the above symptoms appear, go to the hospital as soon as possible.
