How do gallbladder stones form?

Many of the patients we see in the clinic have the question, “Why do I have this disease? Why do I have this disease and others don’t? How do gallbladder stones form? Bile is a very complex solution. In the physiological state, various components of bile (bile acid salts, cholesterol, lecithin) are dissolved in bile, and it is only when the normal balance changes or in some pathological state of the biliary system (such as infection) that insoluble components, precipitation, or stones occur.       Due to the complexity of gallstone disease, its causes are still inconclusive both at home and abroad. Gallbladder stones are associated with a variety of factors, and any factor that affects the altered ratio of cholesterol to bile acid concentration and causes bile stasis can lead to stone formation. It can be simply understood that after the bile is stagnant or concentrated, it is easy to form precipitates, and so on repeatedly over time, it forms insoluble stones. 1.Related to lifestyle habits. For example, patients who love to be still and do not like to move, and patients in late pregnancy, because of the reduction of physical activity, abdominal wall relaxation, visceral sagging, long-term compression of the bile duct, so that the bile excretion is not smooth, the gallbladder muscle tone is reduced, resulting in the gradual accumulation of bile, concentration, deposition and formation of stones. According to relevant statistics, those whose weight exceeds the normal standard by more than 15% are 5 times more likely to suffer from gallstones than normal people. 2, related to the chronic inflammation of the gallbladder. The gallbladder mucosa is stimulated by the concentrated bile or refluxed pancreatic juice and inflammation occurs, and its necrotic and detached mucosa and bacteria, viruses, etc. constitute a core, which promotes the deposition of cholesterol and bilirubin and the formation of stones over time. 3, cholesterol metabolic disorders: late pregnancy or postpartum women and high fat or patients, their blood cholesterol content is increased, the cholesterol content in the bile is also increased. At this time, if the bile is stagnant and the bile salt is reduced, it is very easy to form stones. 4, blind diet, no breakfast, sweet food, high-fat food and long-term use of certain drugs, such as Antoine, estrogen, etc., can lead to changes in the composition of bile. Bile is easily concentrated, cholesterol is saturated, and stones are formed by mutual deposition. British medical doctors found that more than 90% of gallstones patients have the habit of eating sweets. Another report of a large number of diet and do not eat breakfast, within four months, 1/3 of the people suffer from stones. 5, certain post-surgical patients such as gastrointestinal surgery, resulting in reduced gallbladder function, bile stasis, the formation of stones over time. 6.Patients with poor hygiene habits and infected with intestinal parasites. Roundworms that enter the bile duct or gallbladder can form stones from their dead bodies or eggs. In addition, there are other pathogenic factors such as race, female hormones, obesity, pregnancy, high fat diet, long-term parenteral nutrition, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, liver cirrhosis, hemolytic anemia, etc. can cause the formation of gallbladder stones.
