1.Patients should enter the examination room after emptying the bladder and remove the lower half of their clothing. 2.Patients should lie flat on the examination bed and keep the bladder in the truncated position, i.e. lying on the bed on their back with the legs bent and knees apart on the leg frame. 3.Patients should pay attention to stay relaxed and take deep breaths during the process of dipping the swab into the vaginal secretions, without being overly nervous or agitated to avoid damaging the vagina.
