The damage of precocious puberty

Precocious puberty is clinically detected in 80% of girls and 50% of boys without organic etiology, while nearly half are due to brain tumors, inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system, etc. In addition, excessive exposure of children to light can lead to precocious puberty or overdevelopment of genitalia by reducing the secretion of melatonin from the pineal gland. If a child has sexual characteristics at the age of two or three, there is a high probability of organic precocious puberty in children. But a lot of precocious puberty is “eaten” out. Nowadays, many foods have added hormones, especially fried foods such as fried chicken wings, fried potato chips and popular foreign fast food on the market, which may lead to fat accumulation and premature development of children. Some imported fruits and anti-seasonal fruits also contain a lot of hormones, which can easily lead to abnormal development of children. Precocious sexual maturity causes three major harms Precocious sexual maturity will definitely distract the child, and girls who have their periods too early tend to be restless, shy and nervous. Secondly, different traits from the surrounding people, especially height, can cause children to have low self-esteem and generally short height in adulthood. In addition, due to the imbalance between physiological and psychological development, sexual abuse in kindergartens has also occurred in the past few years, and precocious sexual maturity has caused three major damages to children, such as general shortage, endocrine disruption and low self-esteem. Some of the elders think that “fat” is healthy, but obese children are more likely to develop prematurely. The degree of fat and thinness should match the age and body of the child. A balanced diet is the key to maintaining your child’s health. You should eat more protein, less fat and sugar-rich foods, and avoid a diet high in sugar, fat and calories.
