Chronic hepatitis virus carriers in China account for 10-20% of the country’s total population, as much as 120 million, hepatitis has become the most infectious disease in China, forming a public health problem that cannot be ignored. In particular, patients with liver disease encounter all kinds of different eyes and experiences from healthy people in real life, and for them, mental torture plagues them as much as the disease. This also makes many patients with liver disease to listen to bias, or blindly seek medical treatment, superstitiously “special effects”, “quick effect”, “turn” new methods and new drugs for hepatitis, the result of life and injury. The treatment of acute hepatitis B, for example, is mainly supportive and symptomatic, to avoid the abuse of drugs; the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is not yet a cure and drugs, mainly to control the activities of the disease, the main method taken to anti-viral, prevent fibrosis and other methods. Even with the use of interferon and nucleoside analogs, which are currently recognized as effective antiviral drugs, it takes 3 months before a certain effect is produced, and the treatment process is also generally long. Moreover, there are no drugs that can really turn hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) negative, and any therapy or drug that claims to be able to “turn negative” lacks scientific basis. Since hepatitis B disease activity is irregular and recurrent, treatment of chronic hepatitis B requires repeated or even lifelong treatment. The current therapeutic drugs are certainly effective in inhibiting the activity and progress of hepatitis B lesions, so hepatitis B patients must build up confidence and carry on the fight against hepatitis B to the end.
