The difference between a normal person’s bad mood and depression

  With the popularization of mental health knowledge, we know more or less about depression, and even some of my acquaintances say when they see me, I’m not happy lately, do I have depression and so on. In fact, there is a difference between normal people’s bad mood and depression: 1, normal people’s bad mood generally lasts for a short time; while depression is a long time.  2, normal people in a bad mood depression degree is generally mild; and depression is the degree of heavy.  3, normal people in a bad mood can adjust themselves to overcome; and depression is unable to extricate themselves.  4, normal people can correctly assess themselves when they are in a bad mood; while depression is low evaluation.  5, normal people in a bad mood can make up for the loss; while depression is low will.  6, normal people have the need for interpersonal interaction when they are in a bad mood; while depression does not go out.  7, normal people in a bad mood can correctly evaluate matters; while depression is very dark.  8, normal people in a bad mood have a bright vision of the future; while depression is no future.
