How do I take care of my liver disease?

In addition to receiving regular treatment, chronic hepatitis patients should also pay attention to the maintenance of daily life, so how should chronic hepatitis patients maintain? What should we pay attention to in our daily life? 1, reasonable diet Chronic hepatitis patients should pay attention to a reasonable diet to ensure a balanced nutrition. Diet should be light, avoid spicy, stimulating, cold, greasy; grain and fresh vegetables, and should be supplemented with the right amount of protein; however, to limit the high sugar, high protein, high fat, high cholesterol food, these foods will increase the burden on the liver and gastrointestinal, resulting in hepatitis delayed or combined with fatty liver. At the same time, you should stop drinking and smoking. Drinking tea after meals is easy to get fatty liver: now people often want to drink a cup of tea after a full meal, which is very detrimental to the prevention of fatty liver. Do not drink tea immediately after eating meat. In the past, it was advocated that hepatitis patients should eat more pure sugar (sucrose, maltose, honey, etc.), believing that pure sugar has a protective effect on the liver. In fact, too much sugar ferments and produces gas in the intestines, often affecting the appetite. In addition, it can also increase blood lipids, accelerate the storage of fat in the liver and produce fatty liver. So hepatitis patients eat more pure sugar is not suitable for the condition, or moderate consumption is good. 2, adequate rest. Hepatitis patients should go to bed early and get up late, full rest, should avoid exertion, stay up late, etc., which will make the condition deteriorate, relapse, is not conducive to the improvement of the patient’s condition. During the day, we should take the initiative to increase bedtime, because when lying in bed, the blood returning to the liver increases, which helps to improve liver microcirculation and promote the recovery of inflammation. When liver inflammation is active (ALT>80u/L), physical exercise is not advisable, and physical labor or long-distance travel should be avoided. 3.Regular life. Hepatitis patients should develop good living habits, daily rest time should be regular, do not engage in highly stressful or irregular work, it is best to avoid night shifts. Life should also be arranged simply to avoid too much socializing or entertainment, and strive to be simple, only then may be regular. 4, keep a relaxed mood. Many patients will inevitably appear, nervous, restless, anxious, irritable, frustrated, depressed and other bad moods after learning of their diseases, and they will be listless in life and work, heavy-hearted, pessimistic and disillusioned, thinking that they have incurable diseases and eventually cannot escape the fate of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. A relaxed mood is very helpful to the treatment of patients. 5.Regulate the use of drugs. There are many kinds of drugs for the treatment of hepatitis B. When using drugs, patients should go to a regular liver hospital to receive an examination to see which drugs they are suitable to use, and should not use drugs blindly to avoid aggravating their condition. Patients should pay attention to the above elements, but also should be regularly reviewed to understand their own situation in order to make timely adjustments and treatment. Do not seek treatment blindly.
